1. Overview

Welcome to That Girl's Nails. By using our website at thatgirlsnails.com, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Most appointments are booked online at no cost, with payment due at your appointment.
• Some appointments (currently Saturdays) require a deposit when you book; any remaining balance is due at your appointment.
• We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay.
• Appointment times are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful booking.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings.

4. Services and Pricing

• Service descriptions and pricing listed on our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on nail length, complexity of design, and additional add-ons.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect appointments already booked and confirmed.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

The booking form has two separate, optional text-message checkboxes, both unchecked by default. By ticking either one, you agree to receive the text messages it describes from That Girl's Nails. Below are the terms of our SMS messaging program:

• Appointment texts: if you tick the appointment box, we text you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices.
• Promotional texts: only if you also tick the separate promotional box, we may text you about specials and new services, up to 4 messages per month.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Promotional texts are limited to 4 per month.
• Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email us at thatgirlsnailsdtx@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your consent to receive text messages, including promotional texts, is not a condition of purchasing any services from us.
• We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, and the service providers that run and store our booking records solely on our behalf and may not use the information for any other purpose. 6. User Accounts

• You may create an account to manage your bookings and view appointment history.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and nail design photos, is the property of That Girl's Nails and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Liability

• We strive to provide the highest quality nail services. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during your appointment. Please inform us of any known allergies before your service.
• That Girl's Nails is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our website or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
