2. Booking and Appointments

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
• We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay.
• Appointment times are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful deposit payment.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings.

4. Services and Pricing

• Service descriptions and pricing listed on our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on nail length, complexity of design, and additional add-ons.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect appointments already booked and confirmed.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during booking, you agree to receive text messages from That Girl's Nails. Below are the terms of our SMS messaging program:

• That Girl's Nails sends SMS messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
• If you opt in, we may also send occasional promotional offers.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
